Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If you order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost. Please email us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and claim is approved.
